Half Coverage: Multiply weight by 0.5, armor protects only on 11 or less on 3d.
Partial Coverage: Multiply weight by 0.25, armor protects only on 8 or less on 3d.
Open-Frame Armor: Multiply weight and cost by 1/5, armor protects against swing attacks normally, other types only on 8 or less on 3d.
"Cheap" Armor Quality: Cost is 75% of list, either DR -1 or +20% to weight due to inferior materials or construction.
"Fine" Armor Quality: Cost is 125% of list, but weight is reduced by 10% due to superior materials or construction.
"Very Fine" Armor Quality: Cost is 200% of list, but weight is reduced by 20% due to superior materials and construction.
